Over the last 25 years, Mr. de Greef has held a number of senior executive financial positions and served on the boards of several private and public companies including Endologix, Cambridge Heart, Cardiac Science, and BioLife Solutions. Mr. de Greef has been involved in numerous domestic and international M&A and financing transactions. Mr. de Greef previously served on BioLife’s board of directors for over a decade through 2013. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Audit Committee for publicly traded Elephant Talk Communications. Mr. de Greef received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Relations from San Francisco State University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Oregon.
